1 ml of the preparation contains the active substance: cloprostenol (in the form of sodium salt) – 0.25 mg.
Excipients: citric acid, sodium hydroxide, chlorocresol, water for injections.
Pharmacological properties
Cloprostenol is a synthetic functional analogue of prostaglandin F2α, characterized by a specific luteolytic action. Its use in the luteal phase of the reproductive cycle causes the regression of the corpus luteum and creates conditions for the onset of ovulation and estrus within 48-96 hours after administration. Compared to natural prostaglandin F2α, the luteolytic effect of cloprostenol is 200-400 times higher.

Cattle: synchronization and stimulation of estrus in heifers and cows.
Sows: induction of farro
