The main indications for the use of the drug are cardiomyopathy (damage to the heart muscle characterized by dystrophic and sclerotic processes in the heart tissues, progressive heart failure, and arrhythmia) and endocardiosis (degenerative heart valve disease, mainly of the mitral valve).
The drug allows to regulate the level of calcium in the blood, preventing the formation of plaques on the valve walls, regulates the heart muscle contraction rate, and has antiarrhythmic action.
