COMPOSITION AND FORM OF RELEASE
Nobivac Tricat is a dry live vaccine obtained from the culture fluid of the FEF cell line, which is infected with attenuated (weakened) strains of viruses. In 1 ml, the vaccine contains 5.2 lg TCID50 units of the G 2620A strain of the rhinotracheitis virus, 4.6 lg TCID50 units of the F9 strain of feline calicivirus, and 4.3 lg of pancreatic hydrolyzed casein, along with a buffer solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate. The vaccine appears as a homogeneous porous mass of pale pink color. The vaccine (1 dose) is packaged in glass vials, hermetically sealed with polymer caps and crimped with aluminum caps, packed in boxes of 10 doses.
