Penbex is a comprehensive antibacterial drug, which contains 200,000 IU of procaine penicillin G, 250 mg of dihydrostreptomycin sulfate, 0.5 mg of betamethasone, 8 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, 15 mg of procaine hydrochloride, and filler per 1 ml. It is a sterile oily white suspension for injection. Sediment formation is allowed during storage. Packaged in 100 ml vials of dark glass, which are packed in cardboard boxes.
PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The antibiotics procaine penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin sulfate, which are part of the drug, exhibit synergistic action, thereby enhancing the action of antibiotics and expanding the spectrum of antimicrobial activity of the drug. Procaine penicillin G belongs to the group of natural penicillins, active agains
