Composition. 100 g of the drug contains: fenbendazole - 22 g.
Pharmacological properties. Fenbendazole (benzimidazole group) inhibits the polymerization of tubulin proteins into microtubules, reduces the activity of energy enzymes, slows down the metabolism in helminths, which disrupts the absorption of nutrients (adenosine triphosphoric acid and glucose), reduces mitochondrial reactions, leads to complete exhaustion and paralysis of parasites. Fenazol 22% is practically non-toxic to animals, embryotoxic and teratogenic properties have not been established. It has ovocidal action.
